Ms. Shaffer is the founder of GPS Consulting USA, a firm dedicated to helping business owners grow, protect, and exit their businesses on their own terms. Leveraging her many years of experience in public accounting, she brings a unique combination of technical expertise and practical insight to business owners who are ready to maximize the value of their life’s work.

Throughout her career, Darlene has specialized in business valuation, litigation support, financial forensics, tax and business financial planning. Her ability to work at the intersection of accounting, valuation, and strategic advisory services gives her clients a holistic and actionable roadmap for achieving their goals. She is passionate about helping owners build transferable value and design clear, flexible exit strategies.
